Hello, mindful people!

This post contains handy details continuing from the previous blog , so please take your time and feel comfortable to learn it,

"Mindfulness Codes."

First of all, before we talk about the Mindfulness codes, I would like to share something beneficially with you. "Mindfulness" itself is a meaningful and beautiful word even though it is not easy to reach and challenge to use in the real world, especially if you never know how to develop and practice it before, but you should know that it is very significant for you. Remember! If the Mindfulness energy is not growing in you, the way to have genuine happiness or be the Enlightened One is probably hopeless! Fortunately, you can learn all about Mindfulness through the Mindfulness codes. Okey! Let's move to this topic, "Mindfulness Codes.",

What are Mindfulness Codes?

The Mindfulness Codes are the key to unlock the door to see the truth of Mindfulness Foundations and leading you to become the fully mindful one who can achieve real happiness in real life. However, if you understand the Mindfulness Codes clearly and apply them to your everyday life, it will make you happier and peaceful in this confusing world. More than that, the Mindfulness codes right now are in your eyes!

"B."

"O."

"PP."

Those are the three Mindfulness codes that you must pay attention to them. Right this moment, let's learn the first code,

"B.", The "B." stands for the "Breath" and it can be separated into seven types and one door as follows, B1, B2, B3, B4, Door, B5, B6, and B7.

B1 is a short and robust breath.

B2 is light deep inhale and light long exhale.

B3 is a natural breath.

B4 is a pulse at the ceiling of the nasal cavity.

Door is the most minor and most apparent point at the centre of the head top.

B5 is a pulse in the middle of the brain.

B6 is a pulse at the end of the xiphoid bone.

B7 is a pulse above the navel (two fingers of your hand)

The next one is the second code,

O, The “O stands for Observer base. It is located at the middle point between the eyebrow head and above the nose's bridge.  Someone called it “the third eye”. The “O is different from “B,  it is not the breath but it is the skin point (the most minor and most apparent point) that is the base of the mind to stay here.

And this is the last one, the third code,

PP, PP stands for the Problem Point”.

Everything, including life and unlife, must stay under the rules of change. So, every changed point and everything that always continues to change will become a problem immediately. Thus, the world and universe are full of countless Problem Point (PP.)

Still, this topic focused on all things about "human life."

Please pause your reading for a while then clearing your head and refreshing it before continue to learn with me in the next episode.
Next blog, I will explain the in-depth detail and guide you on practising the Mindfulness Codes as a professional one.

"Life is short, but distance is long!"

Best wishes and see you soon,

Master T.
