Master T, who is Master T?
The “T” stands for “Thanadith”. I am a Master of Mindfulness. I have not always been a monk that might surprise some of you. I used to have a successful career as a businessman and I also worked as a government officer. So I led a life, probably quite similar to yours (if not addressing monk). I quit those jobs because I wanted to seek out the meaning of life, I was dissatisfied with conventional living. I thought my life's goal was to be a billionaire, but one day, fifteen years ago, I discovered a new destination, a better goal. This goal was more significant than being wealthy, it was to chase and find the enlightenment or, as some people call it, “real happiness”.
I began my new found journey as a full-time Thai Buddhist Monk and followed the path towards becoming a master for more than a decade. I believe I made the right decision to follow this path and I believe I found a way to reach it through mindfulness. Mindfulness is a cause for an Enlightened One. So, I spent my time paying attention, focusing my efforts and dedicating my life to search for the principle of Mindfulness for over the last ten years.
Right now, you all can learn about Mindfulness through the "Mind retreat Program" or "MRP", which I set up. This program is full of Mindfulness Codes and has many techniques to help develop your skills. It can be of enormous benefit if you are also seeking Enlightenment.
My mission now in life as Master T is desires to pass the knowledge of Mindfulness through Mind Retreat Program or MRP to the people who are looking for the root cause of real happiness or the Enlightened One. Still, my vision is “Mindfulness Energy” is a valuable thing that should be instilled and grown in the human spirit because it is the root cause of real happiness or Enlightenment. Therefore, I would like to see people all over the world achieve the Mindfulness principles of the Mind Retreat Program or MRP.
Last but not least, the positioning statement of mine as follows,
“expert in Mindfulness and strive to train people who wants to become the master of Mindfulness”.
That is a part of mine.

What is MRP?
MRP is the program of mindfulness skill training.
MRP is how to make you clear on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, the Buddhist Scripture aged over 2,600 years.
MRP is the way to persevere in burning mental defilement.
MRP can help you to be aware of and to be mindful.
MRP motivates you to get rid of all delights and grief in your life.
MRP has the mindfulness codes, the key to open the door through Enlightenment.
MRP stimulates and also cultivates your mindfulness energy, the light in you.
Those who learn MRP and understand mindfulness codes would be "Enlightened and never get lost."
Whoever wants to be the master of Mindfulness, mastery oneself, or the fellow practitioners should clearly understand the MRP.

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is positive energy, it has the responsibility to train you and give you the essential human ability to be fully present, aware of where you are and what you are doing and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around you.
Mindfulness teaches you to clear yourself that you are not the Body but to confirm you are the Present Mind. It will give you an understanding about the Body is and what You are. You can cultivate the power of Mindfulness by observing the Body and all about your feelings, your emotional state and your wisdom. Mindfulness maintains you to stay focused at the present moment, you are the present mind, staying at the current Body (your home), and living with Mindfulness.
Mindfulness points you to the final destination, "Enlightenment."
Mindfulness helps you fight the Craving, the negative energy that leads you to an ignorant state and manipulates you constantly.
