Hello, mindful people!
I hope you still paying attentions to continue to digest my posts and come along on this journey together until you reach the destination," real happiness". Also, I would like to elevate your understanding and help you practicing Mindfulness Codes after knowing each code from the last time.
Elevate the understanding and help you practice Mindfulness Codes.
It will be beneficial for you if you can see something clear about B, O, and PP as follows,
Here is B-code
Inside the nasal cavity has four Bs (B1, B2, B3, B4)
B1 and B2, you are the controller to make them happen, and then feeling at each point as frequently as you can until you sense automatically and confirm that B1 and B2 are the indicators of staying present.
Note;
Here is a simple question that you should give the best answer,
Q; Are you sure that you are at present now?
A; Yes, I do, now and here, I am touching and staying with B1 or B2.
B3, you are just the observer because it is the external breath which is beyond you to control. You feel it when it moves in and out automatically and let it be natural. However, if you are a talented observer, you will see the three characteristics of B3, lightly, frequently, and heavily movement.
Note;
Say to yourself, right now, and here I am feeling and stay with B3.
B4, it is the internal breath that you can feel like a pulse of the nasal cavity and is also out of control. However, if you have an excellent skill to feel it, you will feel the vibrations from its movements like the heartbeat rhythm.
Note;
If you make sure that you feel B4, you can confirm that you are not jumping from the present.
The rest of the Bs are positioned vertically and in the same line, from top to bottom; the Door, B5, B6, and B7.
The Door, it is located at the center on the top of the head. When you are here, you will feel something moving up and down through this point; wind or energy and it would be best if you can define the things you are touching it is the wind or energy at that moment.
Note;
While you are staying at the Door and feeling clear on that movement, you are still focusing on the indicator of the present time.
B5, it always moves as the heartbeat rhythm. If you can touch this internal breath or the pulse at B5, you will feel calm and silent all the time. But if you get away from it, you will see the chaos inside the head; thoughts, messages, pictures, and so on.
Note;
At B5, it is the place of peace and it is a good chance to select valuable things from the brain. Also, you should touch this point as much as possible if you want to free yourself from the disturbances of life.
B6, it is the internal breath or the pulse that moving all the moments. If the extra things or supernatural occurs in front of you while you close or open your eyes and do not know what to do, return to B6 immediately is the best choice.
Note;
B6 is close and next to the heart. So, you can feel the pulse at B5 relatively easy by comparing it with the heartbeat.
B7, is the point of deep Mindfulness Meditation. If you want to open the door to practice a higher level of the right Meditation, B7 is the appropriate point to develop your skill.
Note;
The fore belly moves following the breathing in and breathing out all the time, and it is a good supporter of your skill development to touch the pulse at B7.
At this moment, I think you could see the nature of Bs clearer but it will be better if you know more about the rest of the codes; O and PP. So, let's move to the following codes, O.
Here is O-code.
O or O8, it is not the breath, but the body skin is the base for you to retreat here anytime. If you neglect to focus on the present and would like to go to the past and future, it is a difficult time for you because you are going to the land of losing energy. So, the proper habit for you to have the higher power to move forward is back to O8 and stay here as long as possible.
Note;
At O8, you are the present mind, and you are also the observer to see all about yourself, particularly your power, Yin and Yang energy. ( not tricky to searching and learning more by yourself.)

The last code that fulfills your wisdom in understanding and practicing Mindfulness,
Here is PP-code.
PP, it is “Problem Point”. It does not mean the general problems you used to know. When we talk about PP, we focus on everything that has changed and is changing, following the change rules. If you graduated from MRP, you would see everything and everyone in the world and the universe are PP. Still, the program is not definite B and O to be PP for more practical and uncomplicated learning and training.
PP has three types, which are;
Positive or pleasant or something that is going well.
Negative or unpleasant or something that is not going well.
Uncertain or not pleasant or unpleasant yet or something that is not sure that going well or not.
Note;
Suffering is just one of the PP negative.
Happiness is just one of the PP positive.
The familiar feeling is just one of the PP uncertain but may transform into a negative or positive.
You and all things around you are also the PP.
PP is the base of Mindfulness skills development.
PP tells the reality and does not has biases to your vision about bad and good conditions in the real world when you understand its real meaning.
O and B be the effective formula to accept or overcome or cross over all PP ( you will know more details in the next post.)

After you understand the fundamental of MRP and Mindfulness codes, it will be better for you if you can use them in real situations that full of PP. And if you saw through the truth of the three codes already, especially the PP-code, you will stay above the ignorant from the past.
In the forward episodes, you will have more knowledge and techniques in using the power of Mindfulness through the MRP by using the Mindfulness codes as a professional one.
