Mindfulness Codes and many techniques in Mind Retreat Program or MRP will help develop your skills and give enormous benefits for long-lasting happiness in your life.
The mindfulness codes in MRP are the key to unlocking the door to see the truth of mindfulness foundations and leading you to become the fully mindful one who can achieve long-lasting happiness in real life.
The mindfulness codes are
B-Code, O-Code, and PP-Code.
The “B” stands for "Breath". The “O” stands for “Observer base”,
and the “PP” stands for 'Problem point". B and O represent the present points
and PP means past and future moments.
B-Code can be separated into seven B types, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, and one Door.
Here is a group of external breath,
B1 is a short and robust breath.
B2 is light and sleek, with deep inhales and long exhales.
B3 is a natural breath.
Here is a group of internal breath
B4 is a pulse at the ceiling of the nasal cavity.
B5 is a pulse in the middle of the brain.
B6 is a pulse at the end of the xiphoid bone.
B7 is a pulse above the navel ( two fingers of your hand ).
The nasal cavity has 4 Bs; B1, B2, B3, and B4.
B1 and B2, you are the mindful controller to make them happen, and then feel at each B as frequently and as long as you can until you have the apparent sense and feel vibrant with them.
B3 is beyond your control because it is automatically the natural external breath that breathes in and out by the body system. It is best to observe its performances, and its nature will make you mindful and aware.
B4 is the pulse at the ceiling of the nasal cavity, which is the natural internal breath and out of your control. You can feel the vibrations from its movement, like the heartbeat rhythm, and it will help you feel awake, lively, and mindful while touching it.
THE DOOR
Door is the most minor and most apparent point at the centre of the head top. When you are here, you will feel something moving up and down through this Door; wind or energy, and it will be best if you can define the things you are touching; it is the wind or energy at that moment.
B5, B6, and B7 are located under the Door,
B5 is the internal natural breath or the pulse in the middle of the brain. And it always moves in the same rhythm as the heartbeat. When you are touching B5, you will feel calm and silent, and then you can see so many thoughts, messages, pictures, and imaginations around you at B5, but surprisingly, they can not disturb you then. On the other hand, you can select the best ideas or something great for your life from the chaos in your head.
B6 is the internal natural breath or the pulse at the end of the xiphoid bone. It moves all the moment as the heartbeat and addresses so close to the heart. Somehow, while you live alone or among crowded people anywhere and anytime, you can see, hear, or smell some unusual objects you used to or never experience before. Still, other people do not know, especially when you close your eyes to meditation by yourself or with your friends. At that time, if you retreat to B6 as fast as possible and then stay peaceful and cross over the excitement or confusion conditions at B6, you will understand the extra things or some things that you call the supernatural occurring in front of you. At B6, you will learn more about new experiences with mindful being.
B7 is the internal natural breath or the pulse above the navel ( two fingers of your hand ), and it beats among the belly movement. It is the place of deep mindfulness meditation. If you want to experience a higher level of the right meditation, B7 is the appropriate point to develop your skills.
O CODE or O8
O-Code or O8 is located between the eyebrow head and above the nose's bridge at the middle point. Someone called it “the third eye”. It is not the breath but the skin's surface. It is the base of one mind to retreat, stand, and stay here. If you neglect to focus on the present and go to the past and future, it is difficult for you because you are going to the land of losing energy. So, the proper habit for you to have the higher power to move forward is to return to O8 and stay here as long as possible.
PP-Code is everything in the world and the universe outside B-Code and O-code. Even though it is called Problem Point, it does not mean its actual meaning, but it shows the natural characters under the rule of change that controls it all the time, and it can not tolerate the power of change. So, PP is changeable, so it is named Problem Point!
If you learnt from MRP, you would see that all creatures and everything are PP. Still, the program is not B-Code and O-Code to be PP-Code for more practical and uncomplicated learning and training.
PP has three types, which are;
PP-positive refers to the pleasant or something that is going well.
PP-negative refers to the unpleasant or something that is not going well.
PP-uncertain refers to something that is not pleasant or unpleasant yet or something that is not sure going well but may transform into PP-positive or PP-negative.
Note;
Suffering is just one condition of PP-negative.
Happiness is just one condition of PP-positive.
The familiar feeling is just one condition of PP-uncertain.
You and all things and creatures around you are also the PP.
PP is the base of mindfulness skills development.
PP tells the truth without biases to see human life, the world and the universe.
Before starting to learn the truth of life through the MRP and mindfulness codes, I want you to know about the comparison words as follows,
"You" refers to "the present mind."
"Home" refers to "the current body."
Say to yourself, "at the present moment, I am staying at home."
Remember!
Mindfulness energy is a valuable thing, the light in the human spirit, and it is the root cause of long-lasting happiness.
Mindfulness energy maintains that you stay focused on the present moment, confirming that you are the present mind staying at the current body as your home.
If the mindfulness energy is not growing in you, the way to have long-lasting happiness is probably hopeless!
