What is mindfulness?

How does mindfulness energy work in you?

Mindfulness is responsible for training you and giving you the human ability to be fully present, aware of where you are and what you are doing and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is happening around you.

Mindfulness will give you the correct understanding of what the body is and what you are and teaches you to be clear that you are not the body but to confirm that you are the present mind and are staying at the current body.

Mindfulness keeps you focused in the present moment and supports you to live your life mindfully at anytime and anywhere.

Mindfulness helps you fight the Craving, the negative energy in yourself that leads you to an ignorant state and manipulates you constantly.

Mindfulness points you to the final destination, "Enlightenment."

Note! You can cultivate the power of mindfulness in the MRP CLASS training by learning and observing through the body and all about your feeling conditions, your emotional state and your wisdom.
