Hello students,
The more mindful you are of living nowadays, the more energetic you feel to live with the present.
The more you live in the present moment, the more enlightened you become.
The more enlightened you become, the more detached you turn.
You will only be free from attachment, disengaged from ignorance, greed, anger and delusion, and live peacefully amidst all changes.
Students,
I genuinely hope that the “Mindfulness Codes” will bring all of you back to the present moment so that you become perfect humans and live with a new meaning of life as an enlightened one. Then you will become a good person because you are developing your behaviour following the mindfulness voice guidelines in your head.
I define “Mindfulness” as a positive energy in the mind, functioning to successfully keep the mind in the present by alerting it to leave the past and the future and return to the present”.
The question is “How to create Mindfulness?” or “What to do to ground your life in Mindfulness?”
It is the reason why I have, for the past ten years, dedicated myself to studying, searching and finding the answer as to how I can live in a well-balanced manner by analysing the Buddha’s teaching on the Foundations of Mindfulness, which is the leading path to enlightenment on the truth of life.
The answer found by myself is, therefore, the “Mindfulness Codes”, which is a required method (the key) with logical indicators resulting from the self-practice and the transfer of it to others until success is achieved to prove that these Mindfulness Codes can be used as a tool for Mindfulness practice in the MRP CLASS with excellent efficiency.
Students, here is the comparison of Mindfulness, Mind, and Body that will help you to feel easy to learn and practice the MRP with me as follows,
“MINDFULNESS is the mother.
MIND is the child.
BODY is the home.
The mother must bring the child back home
to be in the present moment in order
to be an observer, an all-knowing one,
an awakened one and an enlightened one.”
