Today's message, I want to ask you some questions to open your understanding and vision about the negative energy or Craving in you.

So, please feel comfortable answering.

Are you grasping and clinging to anything or anyone?

Who do you want to seek?
Who do you want to own?
Who do you want to leave?

And!

What do you want to seek?
What do you want to own?
What do you want to leave?

Do you have many ideas to answer those questions?

 

Let me tell you something more about Craving energy in your head. So many times in one day that you can hear some voice that usually talks to you for a whole day, it disturbs and annoys you. For example, when you stay alone in any place, you have an idea about your job and know it is a great idea. But immediately, one voice in your head argues with you and then confuses you. Finally, that voice can bring you to seek, own and leave your last idea. After that, you do not know what to do!

Students, you should know that Craving energy makes you want to seek, own, and leave anything and anyone.

That is the power of the whisper of Craving!

If you are not healthy enough to fight that whisper, you will have various emotional feelings from it as it takes control of you. So far, so bad if you follow it.

The more you are angry, greedy, and delusional, the more you get lost in how to live your life as a human.

Sometimes, you can see your face when you are angry in the mirror, and you will know that he does not you, but the mad demon! In the same way, people around you can feel the same.

Students, you want to avoid getting lost in how to live your life as a human from the influence of Craving's whisper, so try to practice in the MRP CLASS to accumulate more power of Mindfulness in you. No one is too late to be a good person if anyone can see the cause of bad habits, the whisper of Craving.
