Hello students,

In today's message, I will point you to something that will inspire you to learn and train yourself in the MRP.

 

Students!

Feelings are the mental states of pleasant, unpleasant, and uncertain.

Emotions combine greed, anger, and delusional states.

Emotional feelings are the manners of one mind, which has feelings and emotional states at that moment.

Emotional feelings are the family of emotions.

The Craving Energy inside one mind is the negative energy that is the powerful controller of one mind to have those emotional feelings.

Craving Energy is the capacity and arousal factors of various low, intermediate, and high levels of emotional feelings.

 

The combination of greed, anger and delusion in emotional states leads to three groups of emotional feelings, as follows,

Negative spirits include anxiety, grief, sadness, despair, ill-temper, sulkiness, awkwardness, boredom, nostalgia, contempt, etc.

Positive spirits include joy, love, lending, devotion, meditation, admiration, adoration, aesthetics, appreciation, amusement, empathy, etc.

Uncertain spirits occur between those negative and positive spirits, but they are preparing to change to be the negative and the positive ones all the time.,

Emotional feelings usually show manners through body movement, gesture-postures, and body language. That is the nature of one mind preparing to respond, realize or involve. Here are the samples: the smiling face shows a happy emotion, and the crying shows a sad feeling. Etc.

Emotional feelings have life's effects, primarily on physical health and interpersonal relationships, especially when they happen too much!

 

Here are the samples of emotional feelings that come together,

amusement & awesome

fear & sadness & anxiety & panic & grief & embarrassment

suffering & weeping & confusion

anger & hatred & rage

greed & lust

care & nurturance

play & social joy

seeking & expectancy

love & anticipation

thrilled & excitement

happy & glad & delighted & pleased & content & ecstatic & elated

Etc.


Here are the samples of emotional feelings that stand opposite sites,

pleasure & displeasure

anger & calmness

fear & courage

shame & confidence

kindness & cruelty

joy & sadness

trust & disgust/distrust

fear & anger

surprise & anticipation

Etc.

 

Emotional feelings are the choices, the action and the perception of human behaviour.

Here are the group of the characteristics of the mind when one has emotional feelings of "happy": love, romance, adoration, nostalgia, triumph, intimate, warm-heart, sympathetic, touched, kind, soft, fulfilled, complete, optimistic, peaceful, calm, relaxed, serene, compassion, joyful, alert, amusement, contentment, relief, joy, pride, satisfaction, excitement, ecstatic, energetic, bouncy, perky, antsy, acceptance, trust, admiration.

Here are the group of the characteristics of the mind when one has emotional feelings of "sadness": pensiveness, down, blue, discouraged, upset, sorrow, trouble, resignation, miserable, gloom, bore, fatigue, depression, disappointment, loneliness, grief, mourn, heartbroken/heartache, hopelessness, unhappiness, loss.

Here are the group of the characteristics of the mind when one has emotional feelings of "fear": scare, terrified, anxiety, nervous, phobia, doubtful, envy, triggers a fight, worry, confusion, vital to survival, desperate, flight response, stress, tense, horrify, panic-stricken, frighten, jittery, apprehension.

Here are the group of characteristics of the mind when one has emotional feelings of "anger": rage, mad, insult, annoy, cheating, frustration, irritate, hostility, infuriation, vengefulness, contrary, and bitterness.

Here are the group of characteristics of the mind when one has emotional feelings of "disgust": offend, withdrawal, loathing, hate, dislike, disapproving, repulsed, disturbed, nauseated, uncomfortable,

Here are the group of the characteristics of the mind when it has emotional feelings of "surprise": amazement, distraction, interest, and vigilance.

 

Remember!
