life &
journey
My name is Master T. The "T" stands for "Thanadith Thammanantho (Chainun)."
I grew up in a peaceful land full of Buddhist ways, a small village in Lamphun Province, Thailand. I am the only son of my parent, Mr Saokaeo Chainan and Mrs Ruen Chainan, who both passed away.
Nowadays, I am a full-time Thai Buddhist monk studying and practising Mindfulness with a determined mind to attain Enlightenment.
Before entering my monkhood, I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Management and a Master’s Degree in Graduate Studies (Public Health). I worked in the government service for the Ministry of Public Health for ten years, and I quit that career and became a business owner for five years. Even if I was happy in both jobs and succeeded, I stopped my business and looked for a peaceful life and higher happiness beyond the general successful life. So, I decided to be ordained and became a monkhood on July 17th, 2008.
After my dedication to practising to understand and reach the core of the teachings in the Buddhist Scriptures of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness for up to 10 years (since 2008), I have designed the Mind Retreat Program (MRP.) This program uses learning and training those interested in Mindfulness development to achieve long-lasting happiness or become enlightened.
My ultimate goal is to help and encourage people to accomplish long-lasting happiness or become enlightened. The learners in the MRP CLASS know me as the founder of MRP or Mind Retreat Program and the master of Mindfulness.
I strive to train people to develop the power of Mindfulness in their minds and can use mindfulness power in their real life and then reach long-lasting happiness themselves.
Still, the people who learn MRP with me will become masters of Mindfulness finally!
